We place ourselves…our minds, bodies, hearts into the hands of the infinite intelligence, allowing it to move through us as soft warm light, soothing, resorting, rearranging and illuminating the way in service to all.

This is not an intellectual process, although the mind may be used to help transmit information if it is necessary. This is the divine alchemy that happens in the silence of the heart. Words may come or they may not. It is not about teaching or preaching or instructing any of us how to live. The alchemy that happens in this field honours uniqueness and opens our hearts to receive greater and greater insight and wisdom that comes from the whole…and this will be perfectly orchestrated for each of us as Grace moves precisely and intentionally to give us exactly what we need.

The light of god/divine mother/reality is so soft, tender, full of mercy, love and compassion. And the more we soak in it, resting completely, the more it opens us to the simple wonders of life. And this immersion comes as a reminder that it’s not separate from us. we are this Light. and this Light includes the darkness. Everything and everyone is included.
